RG Baby Group (only a few spots available left in the Monday class)

From 4 to 6 years old

Our baby group course is a delightful introduction to the world of movement and coordination for the youngest aspiring gymnasts. Tailored for toddlers and preschoolers, these classes focus on fostering fundamental motor skills through playful activities, music, and basic gymnastics exercises. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, little ones explore the joy of movement, enhance their balance, and develop flexibility in a safe and supportive environment. The classes often incorporate colourful props, rhythmic elements, and interactive games, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that sparks a love for physical activity from the very beginning of a child's gymnastics journey.



General Gymnastics Course

From 6 years old up

Our recreational general gymnastics class for kids is a fun and introductory way for children to explore various gymnastics activities. It's designed for enjoyment and basic skill development, teaching fundamental movements like jumping, rolling, balancing, and basic gymnastics techniques. These classes focus on building coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe and playful environment without the pressure of competitive gymnastics. All our classes include warm up and flexibility, strength and conditioning, basic acrobatic study, elements, cardio & endurance.



Adult RG Recreational

The course is open to anyone who's willing to learn a new discipline, have fun and keep fit, complete beginners are welcome. The training classes include warm up and stretching, conditioning and strength work, elements work, apparatus work, basic ballet and basic acrobatic.



RG Recreational Course (only 2 places left for Tuesday class)

From 6 years up

Our recreational gymnastics programme is designed to engage children age 6 and over in gymnastics in a fun, friendly and developmental way. The aspiration is to develop your child's physical literacy through gymnastics. During our training children will develop their confidence and motivation for sport and physical activity, as well as their physical movement skills, coordination, flexibility, strength, stamina and acrobatics. Whether they choose to continue with rhythmic gymnastics or will decide to pursue another sport, their experience during the programme will provide them with an excellent basis for progression into an active and healthy lifestyle. Who is this programme for? Everybody who wishes to participate, no matter the age or level of gymnastic experience. We will teach the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics and ensure that children develop confidence in using gymnastics hand-held apparatus safely before moving to more challenging exercises.
